Rev Dr Peter A Frith

After starting his career as an award winning jewellery designer and manufacturer, Peter pastored a variety of churches for 30 years including two church plants, a rural church and an inner city church. He now specialises in ministry to the mentally ill and mentoring young leaders in systems thinking and in the art of management via differentiation. His doctoral research among pressured parish clergy found that higher differentiated leaders achieved lasting, cultural change  while less differentiated leaders tended to be changed by the system. Peter is married with three children, three grandchildren and he loves tennis, taking photos, electric mountain bikes, travelling and laughing.
